Letter Of Demand
Customised letters are forwarded to the address provided by you. The receipt of a letter from Capital Collections by the debtors shows that you are serious about recovering the debt and that, unless a satisfactory response is forthcoming, it is likely that further recovery action will be initiated.
Field Calls
Capital Collections will call to an address to confirm the information provided by the client in relation to the outstanding account. The service is undertaken by our own staff to ensure confidentiality and to maintain control of all data in accordance with the Privacy Act. Reports to our clients are provided where necessary and will include any further recovery action recommendations.
Court Action
Capital Collections can initiate court action in both the ACT and NSW and provides a comprehensive range of Court documentation services, from lodgement through to judgement and any subsequent enforcement action.
The ACT Small Claims Court requires that Capital Collections hold a Power of Attorney in order to lodge documents on behalf of a client. Our office prepares the necessary forms for completion by our clients and lodges them with the Court for registration.
